1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password hash. When you use the API, we log request metadata (timestamps, tool names, durations) for usage tracking and billing. We do not log page content, screenshots, or browser session data beyond what is necessary for the persistent context feature you explicitly opt into.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the BrowserFabric service, process payments, send service-related communications, and enforce our terms of service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Persistent Browser Contexts

When you use the persistent context feature, cookies and localStorage data from your browser sessions are stored in our database. This data is associated with your account and can be deleted at any time via the API or dashboard. Context data is stored encrypted at rest.

4. Data Retention

Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Persistent browser contexts are retained until you delete them. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

5. Data Security

API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Our database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security policies.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. You can delete individual browser contexts and revoke API keys at any time through the dashboard or API.
